    Hello!
I have owned a campervan for a fortnight! It's a micro-van, a Romahome R10. My plan is to use this van for 1-2 years, and then buy a Jerba Tiree if I can find a used one! I'm a keen photographer, ring church bells, and love books and I'm hoping the van will support all these activities!
I'm enjoying the forum already. (Oh, & if anyone from the Small Motorhomes Forum notices this, I'm signed up over there too.)
My van is called 'Tonks', on the basis that it looks like one of those Tonka toys. It's not yellow, though...

Hi Catherine. Like the look of your van. I am interested in all sorts of 'heritage' things, so your interest in classic cars & aircraft caught my eye. If you see a tiny black campervan about, it may be me!

Loved your pics of Just Jane - I was at Fairford airshow with her flying BBMF sister and friends as well as the Vulcan, and was able to go airside with my friend who is a shareholder in the 1943 Catalina- Miss Pick Up. You can see her here... at Sunderland airshow last w/e...

We should meet up and talk about old things!

PS, but you must pay your sub to Motorhome Fun if you want to carry on getting the best out of it!

Hi Anne welcome to the fun :welcome:

Carole and I took delivery of first motorhome almost a month ago. Had two wonderful trips in it so far including a jaunt to Cornwall.

I'm sure you will get lots of fun out of your van and there is lots of experience available on this forum to help us newbies when we get puzzled and confused :Eeek:

I am thinking of going to the White Horse Show at Uffington at the end of the month. BBMF will be there, plus classic cars and all sorts of other stuff.

Though 'Props & Pistons' is happening at East Kirkby the same weekend...

However, Uffington is quite a bit closer - especially on bank holiday weekends!!

PS: Yes, did notice I'll have to pay up shortly! Oh, and meant to say that the Catalina is an amazing aircraft.
