There was a news item some days ago about the successful launch of a Russian space vehicle that put the first two Galileo (gps) satellites into orbit.
An EU spokesperson, "Hopes that when the satelitte system is complete it will reap a financial windfall ".

Part of that windfall will probably be the extra taxation from road pricing, where you are charged per mile travelled

I just heard on the radio that the European Summit has approved certain fiscal measures that might save the day for another 3 months..this will provide enough dosh in the coffers buying time to create another diversionary calamity.
However in order to pay for this they are going to introduce two EU wide new taxes.
One for sex and one for farting.
There's good news and bad news
Im going to be ok on one ...but Im going straight into the top bracket on the other !!!
