Now we have the new Beast insured, and considering no NCB, and an expensive van, the price of £385 from Comfort Insurance ( Aviva policy ) is very well received. Comp with 365 days Euro touring, VERY impressed! We also added on the Euro breakdown and recovery for £56

I have used Comfort ever since we started three years ago and always find them efficient, helpful and very competitive. One word of warning. - although the cover is 365 days Europe you are only allowed 180 days continuous in any one trip. So extended visit in one stretch needs special cover extension.

Comfort quoted me £300 against £223 from the Caravan Club so I was less impressed with them.
I only get 270 days European Cover but that's plenty for us anyway.

The caravan club were much more expensive, but I guess due to inexperience on our part.

And ALHOD, thanks for the advice, especially as we will be away the majority of the year.:thumb:
