Hi John Welcome to fun - you are not too far away from us xxxx

There's loads of meets this year that are not too far a distance for you so have a look in the calendar and the rallies and meets threads.

Here's some for starters

April (just before easter) - St Osyths Beach - near clacton
April - Peterborough motorhome show
May - Gails 50th in Essex - mersea island just outside colchester
June - Kent Motorhome Show

We always get far more than our subs back on discounts etc hope you do too.

Whatever you do HAVE FUN

Hi, montyjon151.

I'm also retired and live in Essex (Billericay).
Don't have a MH yet, but will be looking to buy one in this Autumn (when the prices start to drop a bit).

Re, Hutley's at St.Osyth, I've stayed there a few times in my brother's static van. Personally, I've never seen the point of a static van, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Maybe we could meet in the Sailor Boy (I always thought that sounded like a gay pub, but even if it was, I'm not judgemental), when I've got my van.
