I thought this might be of use for those of you who don't have an electric ring on their hob!:thumb:

Good idea, we keep looking at other vans but would miss our electric ring, small point to consider when changing vans maybe but not when you need to conserve the gas at times.

Great bit of kit. I got mine from Maplins at the same price. Have used it every day whilst away in Spain and also on Aires hookup with no problems. You will have to make sure all your pans are compatible as some are not. I gave a revue of it some time ago.

11yrs, but many years a tugger.
We also have one. Very fast at bringing whatever up to heat. Excellent.

Pans must be stainless and magnetic. So if a fridge magnet, or the like, sticks to the pan then it will work fine. :thumb:

I agree
, very shortsighted when looking at van specs...

Never an issue for us!

Can't even remember where our hookup lead is!

CC and CCC sites are DEFINITELY NOT for us!::bigsmile:

We have one similar to this for when we go away and will use mainly hook ups.

One 1500w plate and one smaller 100w plate.
