hi i am looking for a spare part for my new chausson,its a mixer tap cartridge <for bathroom,i have tried everywhere, please help

Firstly, you need to identify the make and model of the mixer tap, then look at some spares suppliers for availability, price and perhaps, guidance on fitting. A lot of continental manufacturers fit Reich taps (and before a well-known funster posts it - no, they don't last for a thousand years!).

Surely, if your m/h is new it should be under warranty from the dealer.

well 1 year old and the frost got to the ceramic bit in the cartridge,which won't be under warranty

Ah right! ... but dealer should be able to source the part, although maybe a bit pricey.
