Is there any way of rejuvenating my saggy fly screen ? I think this was how the mozzies were getting into the van earlier in the year in Portugal.

Ah, terminology strikes again. The pleated bit is the blind, the fly screen is the black part of a roller
If the blind is saggy because the fabric has lost its stiffness I would guess (only guess though) you have to mend it with a new 'un.
Looking at the Exploded Diagrams/Technical Questions on the page referenced it appears they are part of the inner frame rather than available separately.
Hopefully somebody will come up with a less expensive solution.
Thanks for that clarification. We have a Heki 3 on our current van and the fly screen mesh is on a sprung roller. I think it was the same on the Heki 2 on our previous van so I assumed (obviously wrongly) that the same applied to the Mini Heki.Actually, both the blind and the fly screen are pleated. There is no roller. Is the issue with the fly screen material itself or is it a case of the plastic "leader" incorporating the finger pull no longer functioning correctly?

+1 try spray starchSadly its down to poor design and when the fabric has gone limp, the only remedy is to replace the lower frame complete. i imagine if you had infinite patience then you could re-fold it and use spray starch or lacquer to harden it again
