I haven't been following the threads very well. If we are back in the UK by June we will come up for all of them, if we can get on. Just don't know how long we are going out to Spain for yet.

Can we go on the reserve lists for all of them please? Would you rather I put this on each thread?

Half day kayak for us please. I'll definitely do the cycling and Allan thinking about it haha!

I'm a Nordic walk instructor and have about a dozen sets of poles. I always bring mine in the bus but if anyone fancies it I'm happy to take a group out for either a shorter walk or we could do a longer one with tea/coffee/lunch/pub stop in the middle.

Will have the hound with us so 2 x Half Days please.

Don't suppose you know which day the Kayaking might be on, as initially we had been planning a stopover at friends on the way from Kelso to Millport?

Kate this is what happened when we done it. The watersports centre is 3 miles from Millport (where we are based) We paddled around in the bay then took a little paddle towards the north of island, turned around came back and went in for lunch. After lunch the trailer got loaded with kayaks and we set off in the minibus to Millport. Unloaded the kayaks and paddled back gently to the water sports centre stopping half way for a leg stretch.

I have to add the whole island is very cycle friendly. Most popular.

Is it just kayaks or are there 2/3 man canoes? Only asking as we did this in France with our nephew in a 3 man canoe and he loved it. My nephew was only 7, partially sighted and autistic and can't swim much but the place we canoed was calm and he had a life jacket and we sandwiched him in with experienced ones just in case.

If we make this meet we are happy to go full day, or whatever the majority want to do. We have our own equipment for kayaking and cycling but will contact the centre nearer the time to check they are happy with us using our own stuff in the water, they might have some insurance clauses or something.

So that others get the waterborne opportunities we will withdraw from this and look for alternatives. Thanks
