HI, just to let you know we have been to milestone a few times now. the site is clean and tidy and is very relaxing. you can pitch by the lake, there is a dog walk.
A small village shop is a 5min walk, a small brewery almost next to the site, a dolls museum in the village and a short walk up the A1 you will find an American diner.
All in all we like it as do some of our friends. Hope you enjoy it too.
Regards Pete & Shirl.

Nice site but don't park on the motorway side. Traffic noise.

Hi we went 6 weeks ago.
The noise from the road could be off putting but we were that tired it made little difference. If you like fishing the lake is small but fun. The brewery I understand is now closed, so if you want to walk for a drink it's along way.
The site is very clean and welcoming and suprisingly private for it's size.
