As this ever happened to anybody else:-
My Mercedes M/H is 10 months old and only done 5000 k with no previous problems .
On my last trip during a normal stop start situation it failed to start,i called the RAC but could not find the fault,so the van was taken to a local Mercedes dealership where it was checked by a technician ,he asked me if I had tried to start in neutral instead of park ,i couldn't be sure and he informed if I had there lies the problem ,I had blown a fuse to the starter motor ,something that will not happen every time but to be aware of,also there was 20 fuse in there instead of a 25.

How strange! Never heard of that before - usually all starting in neutral does is bypass the stop solenoid (stops you starting in gear) never heard of that causing a fuse to blow! Learn something new every day!:winky:
