Haven't been able to lock onto Astra 28.2 via Maxview satellite for several days now despite husband installing a software update on Saturday. We were beginning to think we had a hardware problem and would maybe have to get a new LNB, but a new software update update was announced this morning and this immediately cured the problem. 
However we were very pleased to be able to provide some of the entertainment at Bill's Fix It Meet over the weekend by doing the 'Campervan Okey Cokey trying unsuccessfully to get a signal.
