Hi, my name is Maureen, I have two boys, Daniel 14 and Luke 11. We love going away in our Hymer Camp motorhome which we've had for about 2 years. Before that, we had a 20 year old motorhome (our first one) and usually something would fall off it everytime we took it out! I figured it wouldn't be long before I'd be sat on a seat, holding the steering wheel and no motorhome around me - hence the upgrade!

Before having a motorhome, we'd been camping in a tent for many years! We always had a story to tell everytime we came home - from badgers 'breaking in' in the middle of the night and eating our jam tarts, to our tent being blown down by the tail end of a hurricane! (We've still got all our camping equipment if anyone is interested in buying anything - including an 8 man tent!)

We love going all over the UK in our motorhome - especially the Lake District. We're building up to going abroad - we've got as far as crossing the water to Ireland, so that's a start!

Looking forward to meeting lots of new camping friends at a Motorhome Fun event!

Theres lots of rallies and meets coming up so why not come along and meet some of us.

The motorhome show at Stratford upon Avon is during the school half term
