You'll get much the same replies as you did on the other Forum - it varies from branch to branch - we have had great service in the past from the Golden Cross branch(East Sussex) but others havent and other branches seem much the same.

Hi we got our first motor home from marquis in Hampshire in August and all the staff have been really helpful with any queries with had and a few minor problems which dealt with very quickly .we put a deposit down in April took a while to sort are money out but they did'nt rush us at all,all they would say when we rang feeling guilty about the time it was taking was don't worry the van yours it not going no where .:thumb::thumb:
