Just called into this when passing to see how it
Has changed. If you can put up with
the Spanish ghetto theme it would be very nice.
Last time we stayed it wasn't like this and the
Typical Spanish campsite is shaping up.
Anyone stayed lately.

Hi
We was there in March this year, I don't know what you mean we thought it a good clean and spacious site, they are putting statics on and log type cabins, definitely no ghetto's, we are there again next year and looking forward to it. Pete

I noticed the area for locals developing earlier this year. It seemed to be concentrated around the first toilet block as you enter the site, but with 1400+ pitches you don't need to be anywhere near.

That was showing when The Great FUN Rally was there 18 months ago. At weekends you could forget the pools and bar, it was full of locals.

And your point is?

Are you suggesting that the Spanish be disqualified from using the site? In their own country? Tut-tut!

It always amazes me why people look at the negative
side of posts. If you have stayed on Spanish sites a lot
you will understand my post.
The Spanish are as welcome to pitch anywhere, as we are.
I was questioning the strength of their presence and the
very obvious preferential treatment at the bar, restaurant
and reception. This was all brought about when witnessed
these happening's today with some English motorhome couples
arriving. After several heated debates all visitors left for alternative
campsites.

I was amazed this year, at Cap Blanch, in Altea. Never seen so many miserable Dutch! They're normally so friendly? Perhaps they don't like tourers?
