Hi all, I'm currently in Spain and my sister back in the uk is wondering how she can send me a letter I need. Can I have it sent to the local post office (correos) in Cullera. I'm not on a site. Had anyone ever done this. Fingers crossed.

We noticed that a lot of post offices have PO boxes. it's worth asking how much they are to hire/rent.

Yes, you should be able to do it.

Watch out for the 15 day limit though (the Correos office will normally only hold such received mail for 15 days)

& other post offices have no ticket system & you have to ask
" ¿Quien es lo ultimo? "to find out who is last in the queue & also there is only one queue for whatever you wish to do.
It can be worth taking something to read.

Yes & you'll normally find that there's a waiting list as the peasants out in the campo Correos don't deliver too so they have to rent a PO box. Then plenty of official bodies like ,Trafico, won't send anything to a Po box , only an official house address. Even though Correos wont deliver it.
