have just managed to wash the roof of the MH for the 1st time since we got it in July last year and notice that the outer skin on the Luton seems to flex when you wash it as if its not bonded to the frame

should that be the case or do I have a problem

its an 07 Acw Milano

thanks

If its an aluminium skin
it's only attached at the edges
To allow movement in the ally
When the [STRIKE]rain and snow[/STRIKE] sun
Heats the roof up

If you REALLY want to worry yourself, wait until there's a nice hot sunny day (you might have to travel a long way for this though! :roflmto:) and then have a look at the roof - you may find it will have flexed a lot with ripples etc in it - very disconcerting until you know it's normal!:Eeek:

I was worried about this myself having been on the roof watching a Moroccan fella installing a extra sad panel a few weeks ago. Yes the ripples were noticeable as it was about 30C at the time. Now sat at Tanger Med waiting for the ferry to take us back to Spain. It's dull grey and a freezing 16C
