As a newbie I have bought a 7" nozatec . in my excitement I went out for a run and it was working great but said the maps were out of date so I immediately updated. Big mistake, it seems to have lost the truck settings so I was wondering if anyone could help to get them back. here is what info I have.....
original maps on device were all TomTom maps. After update they have changed to 2014.q4.150302
When you go to the vehicle profile screen to put in the type of vehicle, length height weight etc the second line down is greyed out. The option for Lorry is there but not accessible.
I have tried putting measurements in and purposely went under a very low bridge but it did not give me any warnings at all.
Any help would be appreciated as it seemed to be working fine until I stupidly did the update!
