On and off for many years.
If it's going to cost that much I would put a refillable system in. There is an advert on the right hand side of my screen that has a link to Autogas 2000 who do refillable light weight bottles. Sorry but no idea of cost :)

I'm still trying to sell the 2 x 10kg BP Lite bottles for £40, they are in the For Sale section somewhere.
If you need to save weight then they are very light as they are made from GRP and you can see the level of the gas through the walls.

Really????? If this is a non-user refillable (ie Calor, BP etc) they how do you propose to do this safely? Only the proper refillable ones have the 80% safety cut out to prevent overfilling.

I sincerely hope NO ONE tells you where to get such an adaptor so that you don't kill yourself, of others!

All mine are Propane screw thread I have various adapters to fill at the pump .exactly as you would fill you so called fixed refillable bottles or tanks up to 80% saftey+ if you wish.
You either know how to fill or not.
Bottles I mention are Propane lites 13kg with quick fit safety turn off inlets :)
And yep these are the transparent ones can probably fabricate an adapter to mate up to what i have but Pc brigade would be out marching :):D
