Lift of TV bracket (1 Viewer)

In my van I've got a TV bracket in a channel that slides up and down what I would like is to get a small adaptation to fit on exciting bracket to allow to me lift the Tv to remove from the van any one got one

If its 12v then maybe something like this.

Fix one half to the van and the other to the tv.
All connections remain intact on both half's.
Simply slide the tv, complete with mount, up and off the wall plate
