Hello all you Funsters i hope you all had a safe trip to where ever you went on from the show
I pulled my sorry ass only 4 miles to the ketch camp site on the river seven £11 /per night No EHU or £14 with EHU

it is a nice quiet site with boats moored on the river bank
(if your nosy and pushy like me get ) you get on bored one for a dink and a chat

met a nice man who has a 35 foot 6 berth boat (any bigger it would be a ship) the people on site are friendly

good access not sure if a 36/38 footer would get on to the piches
great for all the smaller outfits large wide pitches (got trailer /car & RV on one pitch)

    Ketch Caravan Park
    bath Road
    Worcester
    Worcestershire
    WR5 3HW
the new site manager has improved the place so ignore any negative reports it is now getting a much needed uplift

off on Thursday to Lutterworth for the weekend
then over to Duncan for some much needed repairs

where did you go on too from the show ???
and what are your plans for the next few weeks ?

(Mr nosy tell me all here ) LOL:Eeek:

Home to exchange grandchildren. No plans until my noisy new alarm is sorted (just had a call from Jackie to say 2pm Friday for new Alarm unit fit).

Home for three days before we go to Shrewsbury Folk Festival on Friday.

We've driven past that site a couple of times on the main road and wondered whether to try it. Probably will next time we visit Worcester; thanks Ian.

back to work and normal life

It was back to work for SWMBO (aka Sue)... for me it was a long day today of phone calls and emails for the Housing Association where I am (unpaid) board member.. meetings tomorrow and also Thursday... the weekend coming it is a case of cleaning the RV and getting the Malvern mud off with the jetspray... my little Russian chap is coming bank holiday Monday t give the RV a real clean.

Decided not to do France in September.. so the RV is going to be closed down until it is sold.

    Bob
