Somewhere in the main power feed circuit, there may be a circuit breaker. i had this on my Landau, fitted under the hood. Black box, about the size of a matchbox with a lever on it. Sometimes 9usually if i tried to take the jacks to thier limit) it would trip. Just swing the little lever to resett...........if you've go one!

On mine, the controle board and the circuit breaker were two seperate items. Try following the main power feed back from the battery. It was in this line that the circuit breaker was fitted on mine. like you, I had ALL lights on the panel, but no way would those jacks move till I reset the trip.
