Met our first fellow funsters last week, Dominic and Suzanne. Sadly we were all too shattered from the skiing to socialise much but it was lovely to have met. I would definitely recommend the campsite Champs du Moulin for Easter skiing. We also booked the restaurant one evening and the food was superb.

Am I right in thinking it's Valloire resort? Or is it just Deux alpes?

Great to meet you guys too - agree with being knackered, but so lovely to meet up. Great skiing, fantastic snow, great resort. Seriously considering next year for Easter. Campsite typical rustic French . Hired lockers very cheaply in resort and left skis there daily. Established favourite après ski watering hole - the polar bear pub. Also benefited from " end of season destockage" and bought skis, poles and boots at amazing prices
Not sure about valloire area, but if you buy a 6 day pass this includes 2 days at alpe d'huez - not that we felt the need to go anywhere else, plenty of pistes, variety and slopes to keep you occupied

I'm considering renting a few of their cabins for the family while we park there. Did you see those and did they look ok?

Did see them, but not inside. Seem just fine - fairly small campsite so could all be close by to one another
Perhaps we should organise a funsters Easter 2016 get together

I like that idea. I would definitely go back again. Easter is a bit earlier again next year so the snow should be great. Might try and fit in Cervinia at half term...will be flying though.
