I can't speak personally for the Bailey, but most modern motorhomes do charge the leisure battery when the engine is running and would be surprised if the Bailley was any different.

I'm sure someone with the knowledge will be along soon but meanwhile welcome to the Fun forum.

I've never seen a motorhome that doesn't. If your panel has a leisure battery voltmeter you should see it rise when the engine is running.
