We are new
We have a new Numax Leisure Battery which has worked great for about 3 months.

Suddenly it has start to lose its charge in about 2 hours.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

Martin and Jules

Has the new battery ever been allowed to discharge below about 10volts ..... if so it may have been damaged.

Otherwise it would depend on what 12v items you are running to discharge it so quickly....... or it could just be a faulty battery which should be under warranty.

have you checked it is being charged.

could just be the split charge is putting a little back when driving, which is what you are using for a couple of hours and the mains charger isnt doing anything when on hookup.

put a volt meter on the battery and check voltage, then turn on the charger.
if all is ok the voltage should read considerably more on charge.
