I got mine from maplins. They run of 240 volts. And 12 volts. I have had them for about 3 years now. No complaint. @Diamondcub

Yes replaced my tubes with LED strip, also in a Hymer. Removed all the tube stuff from the unit over the sink and stuck LED's on in place of tube and on the side light I stuck the LED's onto the tube.

We bought the rolls of LED at the local car boot sale. £5 for indoor and £7.50 for outdoor. So easy to do even for me. :)

Bought all ours from fleabay .. Out of the 18 fitted we have had ( have got ! ) two that are not very well.. but given they worked out to less than £2 a go I aint gonna be weeping too much !
I simply attached the LED strips to the existing tube(s), disconnected said existing tubes and connected the wires to the LED strips..
I would like to say it was a very quick and very easy job but some of them were a sod to get at !!

Our caravan had factory fitted led strips in some of the pelmet fittings but not all so I have added some more, and on the motorhome we have a strip under the awning which gives us good light in the safari room. Like all our leg lamps all sourced from ebay, yes we get the odd failure but at the price that is no problem
