Got a slow drip leak from my water tank where a previous owner has overtightened the plastic outlet connector into the threaded hole. When I took it apart I notice loads of silicon on and around the thread so looks like owner tried to fix it. It says 12 - 3/8 on the connector so I guess that's a 12mm hole.
Any ideas on how to fix it as silicon appears to not be 100% leak proof?
