Found a leak in boot of my Auto trail
Traced it back to the to the water heater
Outside flue not sealed properly also top screw over tightening so not holding plate on.
Have used sealant that you use for plastic frame sealing.
Not the correct stuff just a temporary fix.
So what should I use?

Is it still covered under water ingress warranty?
If so maybe worth getting them to sort it out.

As said warranty claim if covered by the 10 year guarantee...

If you dont want to bother then do you have a Toolstation nearby ??
Puraflex 40 about £4 odd.... As recommended by our @Terry .. (y)

Or order in some sikaflex 221 / 521 ..

Surely any option to get a repair done under warranty ( if in fact this is even still under warranty )
Is Not possible once you repair it yourself . As doing so voids a warranty If you do that on any equipment where the manufacturers put a tamper seal on equipment . And the seal is broken..
Surely mh manufacturers have the same policy's

What makes you think they'll get it right this time round....they didn't last time.
I'd go for a warranty claim for a number of reasons.

The work would be done by a dealer, so hopefully a professional repair.
Something may break during removal/repairs.
The manufacturer picks up the bill, so feels the pain and is forced to accept responsibilitiy.
The leak becomes a known fault, making future claims easier.

It's a no brainer really

Just the ball ache of taking back to dealer ship and waiting around all day for it to be fixed.
