Laserline reversing sensor system (1 Viewer)

I have a Laserline EPS4003 reversing sensor system fitted to my 2006 motorhome. As well as the LED on the dashboard there is a push button switch. Has anyone got one of these fitted? If so do they have a switch and what does it do? I have been in touch with Laserline and have been sent a set of fitting instruction but there is no mention of a separate switch. It doesn't seem to disable the system. It's definitely wired into the loom that the LED is wired into.
