NO IDEA..
In reality if you pay you stay...
These aires are often private ventures, there may be a limit but it wont be a short one. Certainly not one night...!

@tonka have a look here for more info and address etc but no details of aire, probably more info on the OP about details. 24h probably means access is possible 24/7.

Looks like it is about 5 km from border crossing to Gibraltar and about 9km from the A7-E15 coastal motorway. Looks like it is in a Commercial area.
I know from experience that there is a Lidl and a Carrefour not that far away and this Aire provides an alternative for the 'Wild' spot where the Gibraltar bound traffic is stacked when the border is 'in dispute'

I wonder if the '24' refers to the fact that the filling station is open 24 hours?

Not the place to spend a holiday
But at least some where to empty toilet / grey water and overnight if needed.
I would assume it's free to stay, cant really see anyone paying to be there.

For those looking for a stop in walking distance of Gib frontier have a look at link, it is inside the Puerto Deportivo (marina) in La Linea think it is €12 per night with water facilities available.
As well as visiting GiB, don't forget La Linea itself, well worth a wander around. Among other historical stuff and shopping.......... great ice cream parlours!!!! (So I'm told)
