put your gennie behind a wheel opposite to the people you want to to reduce the noise to. You may be suprised how much noise is reflected back in your direction from the wheel hub :thumb: making it quieter in the other direction:thumb:
Or get a EHU coupler cables and hide the gennie behind a convenient wall.
