just brought a hymer 694 and want to attached a KAYAK to thr roof what would be the best thing to get for this and allround use

Hi and welcome Fayab.

I have a kayak which I take away with my motorhome down to the Tarn gorges in France. Although I do not use it that much the way I attach it is to use the roof bars. its strapped on quite heavily and therefore a bit of a pain to get off and then on. Also you have to make sure you attach it to the right bars. I secure it upside down with the front at the front to make it more areodynamic (its a playboat).

I have looked in to making a kayak carrier for it but never got round to it.:Blush:
