Justgo Italy to UK trip (1 Viewer)

Hi I am new to motorhomes and have booked to go on the above trip next month.

Can anybody give me help with routes home and campsites etc ny any any advice that you will think useful.
Although I am a newbie to motorhomes I have a lot of experience driving Coaches through Europe before I retired. Once owned a Caravan so my story may not be as daft as some of you may be thinking.

Yes there is an edit button but it times out.

Hi @Decker and welcome. Are you hiring a motorhome for this trip?
As for advice .. it depends where in Italy you are going to end up.
Routes can vary .. we prefer driving to the south of France and along the med but other take a straighter route.
You should look for the campercontact app to find suitable Aires no matter which way you go.
Also consider membership here. Because no matter where you end up you can always ask on here and someone will have been or will know the area.
Searching on here will probably answer most of your questions though.
Search on town or city names .. areas countries .. routes .. attractions .. interests. Anything

thanks to everyone who replied yesterday.

Maybe someone in authority could move my post to where it may attract more attention.
I really am a newbie to forum protocol and have never tried to search for information this way.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find more information.
I am starting at The Justgo factory in Tuscany and have to be back at Bedford 10 days later.
I would certainly have thought there are members out there that can give me really useful advice.
Please could you come forward all help much appreciated.

PS This trip is not new it has been taking place for several years so I was hoping someone on here could talk to me about it.

Hi and welcome, we hired from Justgo a couple of years ago then found about this arrangement whereby to get vans back to the hire depot in UK they do subsidised one way trips. The idea did appeal to me but never took up the offer. So Justgo are hire company, you will be collecting from the moho manufacturers factory. I think our was a rollerteam but was badged up as Justgo.
Use campercontact for sites and plan a route using Google maps and take detours to places that take your fancy.
