Thought they had all gone but found all the ones I used when I sold it on eBay..

Far too many to post on here but this will give you an idea..

Bought it for £4500 ( Ish .. cannot remember the exact figure ) and sold it on a few weeks later for £6000 .. It was just not for us..

Lovely van, it does look a bit thirsty though with the aerodynamics of a brick but looks very comfortable.... I wouldn't mind it.(y)

Looks like a nice van of the early 20th Century, a bit Hymerish and for £6000 it depends on the mechanicals. It look better than a Commer or Ford Thames base one from Dormobile. Or Am I going back too far?

I dont remember the year of the one I had. It was on a Peugeot J5 chassis with the 2.5 turbo diesel from the Citroen CX, which at the time was the fastest production diesel car on the road. Bought it unseen off a guy in Spain who advertised it on the bay. I flew out and drove it back. A good bus that we toured Morocco with and had no problems whatsoever. I remember it being very high geared and it would cruise well above the speed limit. The only reason I sold it was, I was in the two bird club at the time having bought my first RMB.

I am SO glad I posted the pics..
I too bought it sight unseen and I had no idea WHAT make it was.. And as there was absolutely nothing on the van or paperwork to say what it was I never knew ..
So it was a Tabbert then .. cheers guys !
