Just bottle up some cracking plum wine, came out like a Rosea
Got some Apple/Blackcurrant/Elderberry mix on the go and looking good
I think some Plum and Blackcurrant mix is next

    Interesting,
With the plum I simmered it up, drained off the juice to ferment it, then made jam with the leavings
With the Apple Blackcurrant Elderberry, I grated up the apples, put em in with fruit added a little hot water then smashed it all up with a potato masher, added another 3 pints of boiling water, let it cool off 24hrs then added the yeast etc, after 4 days I took it out of the bucket into the demijohn and threw the leavings away.
I cannot help thinking that the simmering up method is less wasteful as you can use the leavings for jam making

Might just be ready for Santa !
