I posted before about some land I have , well to follow up

Well that's very kind and generous of you. I am sure you will be taken up on the offer. If you were a bit nearer we would visit you for a weekend that's for sure. We normally only go within a 2 hour radius for a weekend.
Your place sounds great though , are you in a village with a pub and shop ?

Nearest shop is 1 mile swell as the pub , but I'm always willing to have a BBQ and a few cans

Wow thnx for that, I've spent some money , bought a 4 acre piece which runs around about a quarter of the lake so direct access is there , I've also cleared a piece to be accessible for all so visit as u want and ul always be welcome ,
