ITV (1 Viewer)

Hi I have a Avtex with built in sat receiver and road pro auto dome
I can get most channels on Astra 2 but itv 1 keeps saying CI module not fitted
what is that?

A CI module allows the use of a viewing card...
But as ITV1s are all Free to air, and do not require a viewing card, then something is not quite right there.
All ITV1 regions are all free to air.
So perhaps you are trying to use an old ITV1 frequency....some of them a few years ago required a sky card to view them....

Had the same problem on same tv. Itv1 hd says c1, but look in your channel list there should be another 10 or so ITV's listed. If not, do a complete retune, takes about 10 minutes and all channels will appear again, then go into set up, channel edit and save what you like to favourites and delete/ skip all others using remote control
