New!
Hi, new to the site today, mainly coz we were trying to find a manual for our Zig unit! Looks like a fab site though so will definately be visiting on a regular basis. We can't wait to get out in our Talbot Talisman Autosleeper once the manic season is over and it gets just a 'little' bit warmer!

Hi and welcome to MHF. Any questions ask away.
Why wait for the warmer weather to get away just turn up the heater.

Welcome to the forum :thumb:

Don't wait any longer - get out in your van tomorrow!

I took 'Shirley' for a run yesterday, parked up at a nearby beauty-spot, put the kettle on and enjoyed a couple of hours with my feet up reading a book.

I'm sure I wouldn't have done that if I'd been at home!

Hi jackiezajac

We have just been away for new year up near darlington, as long as you have electric or plenty of gas it should not keep you from getting out there.

we had a talbot talisman autosleeper 2ltr petrol had it about 10 years and went everywhere in it abroad as well.

welcome to this site:welcome:

Good luck on your travels. I'm not quite brave enough to go yet, but as soon as there are one or two sunny days, we will be off. I really hope we meet up somewhere. ::bigsmile:::bigsmile:::bigsmile:

Hi & welcome
as others have said just get out as soon as you can. We've been out over the New Year to Littlehampton were we've been toasty & warm in van using halogen heater to back up vans heating when required, we took extra blanket but didn't need it.

Oh I love Littlehampton. Many Sunday School outings were had there and I do believe I lost my boat on that little lake/pond thing on the green at the front. Do they still have the Wild Mouse in the fairground?.:Smile::Smile:

Unfortunately the fairground was closed & I never saw any abandoned boats. It was our 1st visit to Littlehampton and we had a great time.
