If you have a read of this site...
Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. - you can check what class vehicle you are and what the price is. Even though I am class 3 - being a "3 assi" (i.e. 3 axle) I do sometimes get charged as being a class 2b.
Basically
Cars and motorbikes are the lowest price class
Class 2B is a two axle vehicle over 1.3m high
Class 3 - three axles or more
Class 4 - 4 axles or more
Class 5 - 5 axles or more
A three axle motorhome towing a trailer with a single axle would then be charged as class 4.
