I went to the van today turned the key and first turn of the key broom not bad after three months and no heater plugs

I walked yesterday for abut 1 mile when we went out for the day that's as much as I could manage but went for a walk today and it was less tyring so don't understand it

Your strength comes back bit by bit, you just have to accept that. You will get good days and bad days - make sure you don't do too much on a good day as you will suffer for it! In this situation it is NOT a case of "no pain, no gain" but "stop when you start to feel tired"
