Hi All

I'm considering another MH and would like to have an Island Bed. Apart from some Hymers who else does these?

Am I alone in being bemused by the infinite number of models and numbers and base vehicles variants within just the Hymer range alone.

I would be looking for something in the £20-25k range, and am happy to go abroad to get one.

Any links would be appreciated.

I would think for that money you might find a Chausson Welcome 72 or Allegro 97 ? Or maybe not

Still making mistakes! But they're not as costly.
We've got the Hobby 690. It's got a brilliant 5ft wide island bed. :thumb:

Ours has an island bed and it was probably what swung it for us. (Carrying on the verb "to swing" from another totally different thread).

It is really good to be able to get out of bed without climbing over your partner, and how many of us have to make at least one nocturnal trip to the loo?

There is a price to be paid though and it has to be said that island beds are wasteful of space. The loo/washroom/shower that it normally accommodated to the side of the bed has to go somewhere else.

But no regrets for us.

Steve

This is nearer your price range though, Looks like an ex - rental van, seems cheap.

Just looked at it again & it would still be cheap if you had to pay for a full retrim!
