Not sure if this is the right place for this ........................ but here goes:

My long time friend, a rather old MP3 player, has died on me and I have been looking at the latest Apple Ipods that are available. I like the look of the Nano and the Touch versions but I'm unable to deceide which one to go for.

I would appreciate any feedback be it good or bad on these two products.

I also use a nano. great thing about it is that you can make it talk to you so you dont need to look at the screen menus

Hi Sonja

Thanks for the info:thumb:

Would you rate the Touch as a better option than the Nano, given that there is a price difference of around £60?

Hi Geoff
I'm with the Iphone if you are thinking of changing your mobile.
Having previously used Blackberries and several other business models I find the Iphone perfect, all the music I need, not the greatest of cameras but cameras are for taking photographs and it takes a reasonable snap, the maps feature can prove quite useful and there are many great apps and many are free.
One great app which is great if you are visiting a new area is titled "Around Me' - will tell you of nearest supermarkets, filling stations, take aways etc. etc.
Well worth considering.

Given the choice I would go for the Iphone, but as I have a company supplied phone with all calls paid for, I can not justify the cost or the need.

The Touch is a fantastic piece of kit, I have the 16g version and it will hold thousands of photo's or tunes or whatever you want, there are also a lot of free apps for it.
