Insurance for Scooter (1 Viewer)

Looking for someone who will insure our scooter for >90 days in any one year when taken abroad (only in Europe). Swinton, who we are currently insured with, only offer 90 days and we're looking for 120 days to be on the safe side of 2 long trips per year.

Hi Mark, apparently many insurances give 365 days Euro cover (check yours), but only at the minimum requirement for the country you are visiting. ie mainly third party. Only the first 90/120 days of any trip are at full cover.

As explained to me by my broker and underwriter, obviously we would all prefer at least TPFT but you are 'legal', just don't play with matches or get it nicked.

Have you bought the new van yet?
