franceWe're now thinking about booking the ferry to France and wondered if anyone out there has any information regarding deals or offers. We were lucky enough to pick up a code from someone through the Forum for last year's ferry which saved us a huge amount. Does anyone have any knowledge of anything similar for this year? Jenny.

If you are a member of the Caravan Club you can travel on a sunday for £27 each way with Norfolk Line, there might be a supplement for large vans.
There was a brochure in this months magazine

For this offer you also have to travel back on a Friday. Just booked for May/June. Great offer - was only around £36 including the club lounge for 2 people. route is Dover <> Dunkirk

Thanks everyone. Have booked with Seafrance using the promotion code kindly given by 1948.

Trev, got a return fare (including the dog) in June for £106 return. See you Monday.

Didn't fancy Norfolk line then? Covered the cost of joining CC many times over.

have a safe crossing anyway :thumb:

Unfortunately got the ticket this morning, and the executive lounge is full, so we have to slum it with the common people. Ah well, will make up for it when we stop in the champagne region...

Quite often on the way out, the booking in clerk will offer the VIP lounge upgrade to CC members, for an extra fiver per head, assuming of course that there is space.
We've never been offered it on the way back though.

    Cheers,

    Jock.
