In search of Sunshine, Spanish Brandy and Totana (1 Viewer)

We've arrived at the Eurotunnel Terminal and are waiting for the train to whisk us under the channel to France.

From there we're heading south towards Spain, but not before we've sampled some French seafood and wine on the way.

Our route then takes us to Amposta, Peniscola, Aleta, Totana and Cartagena, before heading back through central Spain. Arriving back in the U.K. in early April.

We're looking to explore parts of Spain that we've not visited before as well as re visiting some of our favourite places.

But this journey is not jus about enjoying the wonderful Spanish scenery. It's also about munching and sipping our way through the best of the culinary delights and wines that Spain has to offer.

Finally we're on a mission to find a couple of bottles of 'cheap' Spanish Brandy for my mate, and Brandy connoisseur @Scout.

Would appreciate any suggestions of places to visit and stay, or any other comments.

Thanks

Robert & Lis

Isn't the weather glorious in Kent today?
It certainly is Helen.

Looking at the weather forecast for Southern Spain it's not looking too brilliant next week.

Might take a right turn at the bottom of of France and head for Portugal instead.

Have a safe trip.:)
Pretty darned sunny here in Norfolk this afternoon but I have just ruined it for neighbours by having a smokey bonfire. But I did look around for any washing that might be in danger.

enjoy the trip,

as long as it doesn't rain too much, there really isn't much difference or benefit in 30 C compared to 20C or even 15C, unless you are

looking forward to the reports :)(y)
