Help, we have a 1998 Hymer B544 and are having problems with the ignition. Key code is illuminating and it seems it doesn't recognise the keys. We have tried two different keys so it must be the reader not reading them ? Anyone help ?

each key is slightly different and must be setup but I forget how to do it. Some one must have the answer. I suppose it could be a key battery problem not an easy one to sort out do you have the red master key or do they no longer exist.

If its on a Fiat chassis, at that age you should have a red key.....if you dont you're pretty much stuffed as you need that to program/reprogram keys.

Usual remedy is a new EMU (engine management unit) as the immobiliser is part of it.
approx cost ....£800.
