Our current van is our second one. After these two, and visiting shows etc, we have settled on our ideal van...if it exist's (and we could afford it).
We would like one with a rear side to side bathroom, two single beds, dinnete seating four, front passenger seat swivelling, 2.8jtd engine, left hand drive not a problem, the usual heating and facilities etc, plus 4.5mtr awning, and walk on roof with roofrack, plus a legal towbar........................not too much to ask is it?:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

if you want the ideal van you need to save quite a bit of money and get one made to order.

They do exist. Ours fits most of your requirements except the single beds (we have 2 doubles) and our engine is 3L Mercedes.

you can never get your ideal van. What you get is your ideal compromise.

We think this our 3rd van is Ideal.

However, we have had to compromise Garage space for a wonderful place to sleep where we are no climbing all over each other or couped up like we are on a submarine. :thumb:

we have massive space inside but are now nearly 8m long, we have gone from 5.5 to 6.7 to 7.8 meters in the pursuit of the "Great Ideal one". :thumb:
