Yes they do......Just received a motorhome Mag Fom Destinea....selling Gaslow!

Obviously, it's down to the chap in the forecourt but in my experience, and it appears yours, they don't usually give a ......... I suppose I might meet one who is a jobsworth one day but till then I won't worry about it.
I think the greatest change of refusal is because of the tax issue but again as you said there is little enforcement.
