A little bit of interior demolition and making good. Steelwork, plus turn a flat roof Bay window into a pitched roof bay window.

External rendering, some inrenal plastering, channel out for heating pipes in a concrete floor. Lots of bits and bobs.

I've already given the New Driveway, Patio and landscaping work to my regular crew.

Might give @ianthebuilder a 'visual' idea of where he might go next ?

Whilst I agree in the main Langtoftlad, thinking of fellow Funsters security, I would suggest rough areas, rather than exact locations, eg, PE6.
