I phone not syncing with i tunes (1 Viewer)

My I Phone 5 will not sync with I tunes when I connect to the computer.

It used to connect and then sync when I had an I phone 3G

Have been into the local Vodaphone shop and they told me to switch I Cloud off as it would not sync if it was switched on, i have done this.

Tried WiFi and cable connextion, both to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you the latest version of iTunes on your computer?

Newest iTunes is #11. You have an option in iTunes to sync when connected and an option on the phone. You don't need to turn iCloud off, mine is always on and my sync settings are in iCloud
To sync with wifi you have to connect by cable first and click " sync with this iPhone over wifi"
It may be worth checking with the communities section on apple.com
