I'm a newbie
I don't mind the retro look - I just want something fairly reliable. Someone said it is about the experiences but we can't have any if I buy a heap that keeps breaking down

Yes it looks lovely - my query is whether it is better to go for a newer model or am I paying over the odds for features which are in the S670 or similar - according to the Hymer classic group the older ones are better, sturdier and the same other than being a lot older. I can't quite believe it

It looks a very spacious layout, well equipped and in lovely condition. I wouldn't take too much notice of what your reading on Classic Hymers, they're all mostly biased towards Mercedes and consider anything built in this millennium or Fiat based to be crap!

Somebody has already bought it! Sob.
Tried the Camp 64 this afternoon and although the quality inside was lovely, I found LHD very difficult and no power steering. The side gearstick contraption was a nightmare too.

better to start a new thread .. in the Hymer Forum ...otherwise it is just one loooooooong thread that is difficult to search and people don't read..
